Authentication

A Piece Lux guarantees that all the products in our shop are authentic brands. We buy all our products from trusted, often authorized sellers, and we always certify the products before we buy them. If you, despite all of our thorough inspections, controls, verification of receipts and more, suspect that you have  received an inauthentic product, you are welcome to contact us. 

We always give a lifetime guarantee of authenticity on our products which means if you can prove, beyond all reasonable doubt, from a source approved by us, for example a manufacturer, that the item you received isn’t authentic, we will accept the return of your product and return the money to you through your original payment method.
