Christian Dior

After the end of World War II, the now famous fashion designer Christian Dior launched his first collection, "The new look". With its structured silhouettes, cinched waists, and shorter, billowing skirts, the debut collection was quickly called revolutionary. Shortly thereafter, Dior expanded his collection to include, for example, hats, shoes, and the iconic perfume "Miss Dior", named after his sister.
