EXCHANGES, RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

We don’t hesitate to go the extra mile to get it right!

 

A Piece Lux is an exclusive member club where we offer you, as a buyer, the opportunity to buy luxurious, hand picked bargains at the lowest possible prices.

 

According to Swedish law, you, as a customer, have the right to exchange items purchased online for 14 days, from the day you receive them.

 

The prices we keep don’t allow for a very big margin for returns. To be able to keep offering you our preferential, low prices, we prefer that you exchange your item for one of our other exclusive items, instead of returning it. 

 

You can return a flawless piece. You have the right to exchange the piece within 14 days from the day when you recieved it.

 

If a product has a flaw that we didn’t notice, and you wish to file a complaint, this has to be done immediately upon the receipt of the product. Naturally, we will accept returns of products with flaws, and return your money.

Every product that is returned has to be in the same condition as when you received it. No tags or seals can be removed.

 

Every return is inspected individually when we receive it. If we receive an item in an unsuitable condition we will contact you, and the exchange/return will become void.

 

The product will then be stored at our facility for 30 days, and you can contact us if you want the item back.

 

The items you return are your responsibility until they reach us. It’s a good idea too keep the receipt and tracking number for your return as a proof of shipment.

 

If your exchanged items are approved you will receive a credit on your user account. You will receive the amount you paid for the product, excluding shipping.  You will then be able to use this for other luxurious purchases!

If you choose to return your product instead, the full amount, excluding shipping, will be returned to you through the original payment method.

No fee will be charged for an approved file of complaint.

 

Follow these simple steps to make your exchange:

 

1. Contact us at order@apiecelux.se and let us know that you’d like to exchange an item. Include your order number and part number of the item/items you wish to exchange. Send your email to us within the timeframe above.

 

2. Wrap your package in such a way that the product won’t be damaged during transport.

 

3. Ship your package to the following adress:

4. Send the package to us within 14 days from the date on which you received your order. Save the receipt and possible tracking number as a proof of shipment, in case anything goes wrong.

 

5. When we’ve received your package and inspected the product, we’ll administer the credit to your account in the form of a code. You’ll then be able to use this code to make other purchases. The code will be valid for two years before expiring.

 

Exchanges will be processed immediately upon receipt of the item, and the credit will be administered to your account as soon as the item has been inspected, usually within a week after you sent it.

 

Follow these steps to return an item:

 

1. Contact us at order@apiecelux.se and let us know that you’d like to return an item. Include your order number and part number of the item/items you wish to return. Send your email to us within the timeframe above.

 

2. Wrap your package in such a way that the product won’t be damaged during transport.

Returns are usually processed within 2-3 weeks after you’ve returned the product.

 

Follow these steps to file a complaint:

 

1. Contact us at order@apiecelux.se and let us know that you’d like to file a complaint. The complaint has to be filed immediately upon receipt of the product (after 3 days at the latest, after you’ve received the package).

 

2. Include your order number and part number of the item you wish to file a complaint about, as well as description of the reason for the complaint and a picture. Please note that you can’t return an item that is correctly described in the product’s description and photographed by us. We also don’t accept any responsibility for washing instructions in the garments, as many items have been washed previously. Regarding the pre-loved items we also don’t accept responsibility for flaws that occur after being used by you, as a customer. We have no way of knowing when an item reaches the end of it’s life cycle, but we will describe it as carefully as possible in the product description.
